Re-Scheduling/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling Policy :  7 days advance notice

We know that things come up between registrations and class dates.   And though we’d prefer you stick to your original plan since we’re counting on your attendance,  we understand your need to reschedule.  Since most of our classes are very small with 4-6 students, any cancellations that require rebooking impact our business substantially.  Thank you for understanding.

If you want to reschedule 7 days or more before your class date, you can send a request to our info@chicagoschoolofshoemaking.com email with the date you want to switch to.

Steps to Reschedule:

  1. Select a new date for the class you are rescheduling
  2. Make sure there are still spots available in that class
  3. Send us an email with your current class date and the one you want to switch to
  4. Wait for our confirmation of receipt of request and your new class date confirmed.

***No refunds or rescheduling will be given for cancellations made 6 days or less before the start date of the course.

Otherwise…….

The Chicago School of Shoemaking policy is as follows:

No Shows–we do not offer makeup classes or rebooking for no-shows.

Classes are cancelled when enrollment minimums are not reached. If the Chicago School of Shoemaking cancels the course for which you have enrolled, you will receive notice that you can re-book at another time .
Instructors are committed to staying for late arrivals until 30 minutes after the published start of the class. They are then instructed to leave if there are no shows. If you arrive 30 minutes or more after class begins and there are no other students already in the class, your attendance will be treated as a No Show.
The Chicago School of Shoemaking reserves the right to change, alter and/or amend the Refund Policy at any time.
